Making healthy choices is always a good idea.

  1. The most effective thing you can do to create habits is to write them down.

  2. Then post your list where you will see it most often throughout the day.

  3. Set yourself up for success by properly preparing yourself: Lay your workout gear out the night before, have your vitamins near your water bottle, prep your coffee the night before.
